An illustrative request on the demo company’s routing map. A pilot measures your own.

How it works

One box. One inbox. One list. One ledger.

Problem or idea, one line, a screenshot if it helps. NextUp reads it against the company's own org chart and routing map, names the owner and the day an answer is due.

WhyIf raising a problem takes longer than complaining about it, it stays in the corridor. So: no form, no category tree, no ticket - the routing is done for you.

What it never does

It measures cases. Never people.

A works council gets a written description of what is and is not measured before the pilot starts.

  • Nothing to integrate

No SSO, no mailbox access, no read access to your systems. A pilot needs one field and one routing table.

  • Cases, not people

There is no per-person metric in the data model. The ledger measures how long cases wait, never how individuals perform.

  • Your data, in the EU

Export every case, event and number at any time. Deletion on request. No cookies, no tracking, no third-party fonts on this site.

The pilot

Five working days. One department. One decision type.

Set up in an afternoon. The only thing to fill in is a map of decision types: fifteen rows, each with one owner and one deputy. A department head does it in twenty minutes.

  1. Day 1

We fill in the routing table for your decision type with the department head. Twenty minutes.

  2. Days 2-4

Real requests go through one field. Owners answer from an inbox with a clock.

  3. Day 5

You get the wait ledger: median hours to first answer, share within the promise, where the waiting went.

  4. After

Thirty minutes of feedback from you. A one-page report you can forward from us.

Which decision keeps waiting?

Tell us the one that always takes weeks. We time it with you for five working days. It is free; we ask for thirty minutes of feedback.
